All interesting and key points of persuasive knowledge. Question is, how does one free the mind when an idea of success gets chosen over another successful idea? In other words, how can individuals cope with that? Because ideas are in competition with other ideas. Thanks, Dr. Grace! 😺🥰✨💎

Because you know the other idea is successful acknowledge that, rejoice the other idea and continue to expound the virtues of your idea in parallel. If your idea is good it to in turn will be acknowledged. Perseverance is the key .

No, but how do you expect to be respected by others who do have one or multiple?

@@rollthers3157 so you’re telling me that I have to have a degree to be respected? Please reevaluate your response. Seems childish that one would not get respect over a degree. Then what was the purpose of getting the degree?

@@MrMgonza9354 If you don't want to hear other opinions then don't ask. Sounds like you wouldn't be a good executive degree or no degree.

@@MrMgonza9354 he means if you are the only one without a degree, it can create some unbalance where others won't treat you the same way and consider you part of the group. I think it's a fair concern.

@@nicolaslopez3987 it just seems childish that people with a degree would look down on others. That’s a sign of insecurity. If this is a thing… that’s sad!

A actually prefer convincing (i.e. support what I want to convey/sell with good, at best objective arguments) rather than persuading people. To persuade means you "force" your position on the other side. They may still keep their reservation and antagony towards your position. To convince on the other hand means you win them over so that they assume your position. That's imho more desireable as it's more sustainable and lasting.

It is interesting that you prefer to ‘convince’. The Oxford Languages Dictionary describes convincing as persuading. They are one and the same, Whatever word you use the object is the same, to bring the prospect with you 😊
