Ron this is very POWERFUL stuff! I do believe before we can change the world we must begin with ourselves. Often we drown in our own perception and or how we feel others think. Life is too short to miss the chance to be a miracle for someone else.

"People didn't overindulge power nearly to the degree that they simply chose not to use it at all." This is fascinating and makes so much sense of the damage that silence and abdication cause in our society.

This is an important statement about power. I love it that Ron addresses the fact that power is neither good nor bad, but a neutral concept. It's what we do with it and for the sake of what that makes that difference. Also, the concept that putting purpose and intention behind our view and use of power is when it all changes. Grateful to know Ron, his heart, and his depth of expertise.

Such an important topic! So relevant in this day and age, especially when it's so easy to believe that we can't as one person affect change. What if we all used our power to influence our respective worlds more intentionally? What if we didn't withhold our power, but used it unashamed to bring more good? "What if we were haunted by the notion of reaching the end of our life only to discover the good we could have done, we forfeited?" Such good material, Ron. Thank you!

Spot on! How challenging - what's not to take away from this very enlightening talk? Ron is so believable and encouraging in the same breath. This should be a mandatory watch for all Americans who care about others - or want others to care about them - the best TEXx ever!

Interesting, but there's lots of feel-good fluff in this speech.
