It also leads to isolation, one tends to be alone most of the time since they want to be caught in their dishonest behavior.

Thank you very much Kara Ronin Ma'am for this informative video. At the last you told about time management skills, basically time management is the utilization and investing in a good fortune in time. Suppose ma'am if go the gym and workout for 1 hour that is time utilization and investing it in a proper amount and as you may also know the more we invest in time the better we get results. Also many activities such as book 📖 reading, painting, journal writing ✍ etc. are time management things and the more you practice that it becomes your skill. So, time ⏲ management skills are those activities which require your focus and dedication.

Sure! So sometimes at work, you might feel people are taking advantage of you or asking you to do things you don't want to do. This could be tasks your coworker is supposed to do themselves or giving you an unreasonable deadline. If it happens the one time, it can be overlooked. But sometimes people can have ill intentions. They can knowingly ask you to do things outside of your boundaries. And they can be unreasonable or keep pushing until they get their way. Clear and assertive boundaries can help in preventing this. People know what you expect and how they should interact with you.

I consider the boundaries aspect of what you mentioned as equating to self-respect. To me, it's hard for others to get cues as to how to respect you if you haven't built boundaries so you can respect yourself. For time management, in a cold climate where boots are swapped for dress shoes and the like, I've always wanted to be in the door 20 minutes before I needed to be at my desk. Winter has a way of making things take longer and skipping a step could result in a broken bone.

@@robertwelchny you're right about needing to set boundaries so people know how to respect you. No boundaries = people make their own rules.
