While in the US, Vincent embarked on his own social mission, to create powerful messages of hope that could transform prisoners into the some of the most admirable people on the planet. He takes the stage at IESE Business School in Barcelona to tell a story about one of these prisoners, and how Vincent himself was positively affected.
Vincent Ogutu is a full-time lecturer in Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Entrepreneurship at Strathmore Business School, Nairobi. He has a PhD in Organizational Management from Rutgers Business School, an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London, and a BA in Economics from the University of Nairobi. His current research focuses on how to live meaningful lives and connect in a deeply meaningful way with one’s work.
