A lot of people seem to overrate the difficulty of this and while I do get the reasoning I cannot stress this enough, USE YOUR BOO COOKIES!! They allow you to practice the timing of most of Sharkbones' attacks without needing to worry about the risk of getting OHKO'd! Yes there's the risk of them running away but that's why there's like 17 different Sharkbones on the overworld, bait one towards an island and then first strike them with the ball rush (if the game doesn't register the first strike then flee and wait for the Sharkbone to stand still) I beat this quest on level 31 and as someone who struggled a little beating the Gobblick rematch I can confidently say that the game gives you more than enough tools to deal enough damage to the Sharkbones as soon as you get the quest! Loot Booster, Treasure Specs, Notdroppin, Bros. and Boost are excellent items that help you beat them easily, you don't need to necessarily level up higher to beat them!

also remembee that after 2 gameover you can set difficulty to Easy and then another for super easy if you cant do it still

I do have those attacks, and actually Technikki gives you both Yoo-Whoo Cannon and Clockout Blast after re-linking HeatFreeze Island

That mean you need to do more damage, make sure you dont miss on bros attack, equip some pow accessories or level up some more.

@@TaurusAnimations-z6xas far as i encountered you cant take damage because after using a 1up they attack and run away. Hp is about 1000. Dont let them hit you and you should be able to beat them using the bros moves (preferably combined with the bros plug).

Just start the side quest and wait until you get the notification that it’s expiring. You should easily be overleveled enough to kill one before it runs away by then

I noticed that they run away only if they kill a bro. Then they'll use that running over attack and they'll run away.

No diff these guys at lvl 33 Mario and lvl 31 Luigi. Freezing one then focusing on the other really helped me.

If need be you swap boomerang item for loot booster.

Bone sharks are tough when they fight but are sore losers when they fight back you can say this about a bunch of people

I’ll personally tough it out. The attack pattern isn’t that hard to memorize and even if it is, you always have access to Boo Biscuits. The hard part is that the Shark Bones has a nasty habit of running away.

El nivel de los tiburones es 40 y tienen un aproximado de como 2000 a 2300 de hp creo que un poco mas segun recuerdo aparte de hacer buen daño x"d pero se puede compensar usando un dicisor de daño y le añades un potenciador tandem y crro que con 2 o 3 tándem fuertes la haces

This quest is fundamentally broken and requires an update to fix. I’m Lv40 and they will not stay on the field if you don’t take damage from them. Boo Cookies makes them both leave the next turn and avoiding damage makes them leave. Avoid this “quest” at all costs!

Those arent the real shark bones. The real ones are in superstar saga

Yes. They brought them back as an over leveled enemy that the game wants you to avoid. It is possible to killed them, however it’s very difficult to do so because of their overture stats and they’ll run away after a little bit.
