It's why I unironically dropped Kim and am a filthy Juri main now. I still find Kim fun, but it gets tiring very quick not having an invincible reversal.

Bogard Naan recipe: 282g bread flour, 20g butter (cold), 6g salt, 14g sugar, a Bogard (alive), 8g baking powder, 3g sodium bicarb, 4g yeast Undress then grab the Bogard with tongs and plunge him head-first into boiling water. Boil for 20 seconds, then take out of the pot into a bowl filled with ice water, let cool for ~15 minutes. Remove the head, feet, hands, and knees (reserve for stock), then separate the thighs, arms, and torso. Remove as much meat as possible from those areas, and reserve and blend 296g for this recipe. Add the Flour, Salt, Sugar, and Butter into a large, stainless steel bowl. Squeeze the butter into the flour using your hands until it has a gravely texture (you can also use a food processor although it comes out better with your hands). Add the blended Bogard flesh, bicarb, baking powder, and yeast and mix into a dough. Let rest for 20 minutes covered, fold, and repeat twice more. Let it ferment for 12+ hours in the fridge. To serve: roll out into 80g balls and cook in a pan preheated to high heat until cooked through. Optionally brush with melted butter and sprinkle with coriander leaves or parsley. Serving recommendations: Curries, Grilled Meats

Be cautious if terry does quickburn and only the 2nd hit touches your character. Terry players are finding setups to make the 2nd hit a ch confirmable and a -4 on block spacing trap

It's correct screen shake for Luke 5HK , but not for dhalsim slide, i don't understand why capcom didnt apply this mechanic to every characters, like cammy or jamie dive kick, Lily condor spire....

1:58 there's also DI OS for Terry. There's video where using OD DP is actually dangerous for certain match up after Cr MK > Cr HK > DI. Terry has lots of option but all of it are risky and committal if i may say so. but he can cycle his options.

Terry's light fireball is so low to the ground that I have cleared it with a drive rush bazooka knee for a punish. The timing is tight and it's not easy to replicate but it can happen. I've also cleared it with F+MK to stop a drive rush behind. Chances are if your character has a move that is airborne at any point in its startup frames you can use it to clear the L. fireball.

Round wave has 9 active frames and 16 recovery frames (25 total), so you can also DI it on reaction , unless you hit literally the exact last frame of startup. (so as a meaty it depends on the knockdown I suppose, probably not as reliable)

Broski what in gods name are you supposed to do against moves that are negative but not enough for light punishes (-1, -3, -3)? And can you make ‘How To Beat’ videos for the non-dlc cast? First SF game for me and characters other people had figured out long ago are giving me a lot of gief

U don't "beat" them, u take your turn back, dash throw etc. Now any move that had 5-8 start-up trades or beats jab meaning they're forced to block or reversal. But the best option is just block string usually

Ken isn’t that great, no true overhead, less cr. Chains, and like you mentioned - no plus on block normals. S2 changed his corner meaty setups - a huge nerf. Before you could reliably get +2 meaty st. Fierce and then link into st. Strong. Now with the pushback, timing that meaty is the hardest part. I agree with the Birds that Ken isn’t top 5, he has no defining top tier character traits except corner carry. Even intermediate level execution for Ken is above Akuma and Ryu, for his safe jump setups, Jinrai loops, meaties, etc., even at beginner levels because he’s a “stance” shoto. He’s just a popular character and always has been and always will be. And every other fighter has an over abundance of MU knowledge for Ken. You need a really methodical and disciplined corner game, all the while trying to condition or get into the head of your opponents. Last time Ken won an international major was when? IIRC back in S1 when he didn’t have the corner throw pushback. So in sum, all three classic shotos are well balanced.
