Hello po.. Pinagiisipan ko po if ano mas Okay na ipursue ko. Kasi ang experience ko is 2 yrs lang and mostly sa ward since rotation kami dati every 3 mos. and that was way back 2013. Antagal ko na po nahinto. Still I was able to renew my license last yr. Ang UK RN po di ba needs CBT exam and OET or IELTS then duon na mag OSCE to be a UK RN. Sa Ireland po ba ano ang requirements? English exam lang po ba ang kailangan or may computer based exam dn? I hope you can spare me some time po. Wala kasi ako kakilala na Nurse sa Ireland. Thank you so much.

@@Yianiz Hello po Sir Janiz, good day! Mas ok po rito sa Ireland since acknowledged po yung previous hospital experience niyo sa payscale, meaning mas malaki po yung bayad dito compared sa UK. Sa UK po, -English Test (IELTS or OET) -CBT (parang nclex questions po) -look for employer And then pagpunta sa UK, mag aaral po for OSCE (return demo setting and written exam). Dito po sa Ireland, -English test (IELTS or OET) -Apply for decision letter sa NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) -look for employer And then pagpunta po rito sa Ireland, either -Adaptation (6 to 12 weeks under preceptorship program) or -RCSI (return demo and written exam like OSCE sa UK) Depende po sa hospital or nursing home na affiliated ng agency niyo malalaman kung Adaptation or RCSI ang gagawin niyo po rito sa Ireland. Hi maam i just recently passed the OET, i watched your video before for the oet since self review lang rin. I thought po sa UK po kayo, ireland pala. My oet score po is eligible for ireland since i got c+ in reading and B in WLS. Gusto ko na pong mag abroad gawa ng kulang ang sahod nurse dito sa Pinas kaso po Nahihirapan po ako kun saan akong gawa nga wala akong hospital experience . Upload niyo lang po yung Employment Certificates niyo sa NMBI and then explain niyo po dun sa additional space sa baba about your gap. -Employment Gap [Start date - End date] - then state the reason po. Usually ma’am, if hindi po satisfied ang NMBI sa explanation niyo, they will ask for additional/supporting documents but I think hindi naman po sila ganun ka strict, bsta po ma-explain lang ng maayos. Ang decision letter po ay valid for a year. But in some case, they will extend it especially kung delay po ang processing ng employer, case-to-case basis lang po minsan. In my experience, lenient and very considerate naman po ang NMBI, it will take some time for them to reply but they will process everything on their end naman po. Hello po, good day! Aww maraming salamat po at na appreciate niyo po ung vlog ko. June 2018 po nag test ako ng OET July 2018 - nakapasa po and then naghanap na agad ng employer. October 2018 - nagkaroon po ng interview with Chesham and then thank you Lord nagkaroon din po ng Job offer. From July 2018 po after ko makapasa ng OET, nag start na po ako ng application for decision letter sa NMBI :D December 2018 - na release po ung decision letter ko. And then nakaalis po ako ng September 2019 papuntang Ireland. Hello po, good day Ma'am Ada! I highly recommend ma'am na bumalik kayo sa hospital :D Kahit po Makati Med or St.Luke's para updated na po ang nursing practice and principles na inaapply. Pagdating po kasi dito sa Ireland, you will undergo Adaptation (6 to 12 weeks) under preceptor, so bali mas madali po kayong makaka adjust sa environment if may current hospital background kayo :D Mas madali na po mabubuild up ung confidence and hndi rin po mahihirapan sa communication especially na ibang iba po talaga ang nursing practice and environment dito sa ibang bansa. Sa ibang hospital po, 6 to 12 weeks ADAPTATION po ok na. Sa iba naman, RCSI exam lang po, same with OSCE sa UK - involves Return Demo, Written exam. Hello po, i currently registered sa NMBI and it says sa portal na icomplete po yng docs, isa po sa incomplete yng CCPS Verification, however po nagpapaask po sila ng help with regards to this i already emailed back nmbi re this matter, nag suggest po ako ng ibang email address bukod dun sa pinagsendan nila ng email re verification. ganun po ba tlga lagi sila sa nmbi auto reply lang? its been 3 weeks na po ksi i havent heard any update from them po. Hello, good day po Ma'am Vanessa! Ung kaibigan ko po, ganyan din ung case and pinuntahan niya na po ng personal ung PRC office. Sa PRC office po kasi, hndi po every day nila binubuksan ung inbox nila. Talagang hahanapin po nila ung email mo kasi hundreds of emails po ang narereceive nila everyday from different countries to verify our nursing license. Yun po ang pinaka reliable na gawin ma'am as of the moment. Yes ganun po lagi, auto reply po ang maibibigay lang ng NMBI and then kapag nareceive na po nila ung kelangang document or verification, tska pa lang po mag rereply ung assessor. Your basic salary will be different from nurses who will be arriving here since dito po sa Ireland, may hierarchy ng payscale. www.inmo.ie/salary_information Just look lang po for "Staff Nurse (including Registered Midwife Registered Sick" and then depende po sa years of experience niyo, un po ang basic scale niyo :D 1 year of experience is Level 1 of payscale. But in my case dati, since may bedside experience na po, hndi na po applicable ung pagiging novice nurse. May mga nagsasabi na more than 3 months po ang processing ng NMBI decision letter, meron naman po na mabilis lang ang assessment at process, depende po sa assessor. "When all the documentation has been received, the NMBI will take no more than 90 days to assess your application. If, however, the NMBI require more information from you before they can make their decision, the application process might take longer." Bali, ung ibang nurses po, pwede po mag apply sa hospital or nursing home dito. Yung OET po dapat valid until you will get your registered license here in Ireland, which is indicated in the 2nd part of registration of license sa NMBI account. The agency that will process your Atypical Working permit and Irish visa will usually ask for other documents and hndi po kasama dun ang OET result. Hello po, good day Ma'am Seala. Wala pong age limit dito. Age 65 po yung retirement age. Yung government po ang nagbabayad ng healthcare expenses ng mga tao rito. If you get admitted sa hospital, you are only required to pay a specific amount and then regardless po kung gaano kayo katagal sa hospital, yun lang po ang required bayaran. May mga health insurance din po na pwedeng i-avail para po kapag nagkasakit while working, may matatanggap pa rin po na sahod. Pwede po mag inquire sa Irish Life, Cornmarket etc. P.S. Hello po, good day Ma'am Janina! Sa OET po, isang grade B and tatlong C+, kahit ano pong criteria 🙂🤗 Sa IELTS po, isang 6.5 po and then tatlong 7.0 po ang score. Sa Ireland po, wala na pong CBT. Pagkapasa po ng oet and ielts, pwede na po maghanap ng agency and then mag adaptation po or rcsi. Ung adaptation po, 6 to 12 weeks of training while rcsi po is pen and paper exam + return demonstration po. Ung rcsi po parang osce sa UK. Malalaman po kung adaptation or rcsi ang itatake depende po sa hospital na ppntahann niyo sa Ireland 🙂🤗
