Thank you for the feedback. You can work for a company or you can work independently. If you work independently you would need to open up an LLC and operate under an LLC as an independent dispatcher. Hope that answers your question.

In order to get hired as a dispatcher for a company, you would have to fill out job applications online. Another way is to reach out to dispatch companies directly and see if they are hiring.
