How to Become Batman: 1) Create an ideal for yourself and determine what your core values are. 2) Mental training: meditation, cold showers, deep study. 3) Physical training: no alcohol, a healthy diet, varied exercise. 4) Actions over intentions. What you do is the truth of who you really are. 5) Raise from failure. It's not over, pick yourself up.

There is a scene from the "dark knight rises" that catched my sight, where Ra's al Gul's daughter looked for Bruce Wayne in his manor and ended up sleeping with him. Right after that, Batman looks for Bane in the sewers. They brawl for a few minutes (Bane was just messing around), Bruce loses badly, and with a severly injured back, and I've always wandered, was that a plan to weaken the batman, by draining his semen? An amazing coincidence. Maybe Nolan knows stuff, and that was a reference to sex transmutation, idk there must be something, also he's such a great filmaker.

Bruce Wayne as the Batman, Only one as an inspiring and realistic superhero all the time. Thanks to DC Comics and Bob Kane and Bill Finger to gave birth to such as superhero as Batman. Great video! I saw the first movie back when it came out in 2005 at friends house for his birthday when I was like 9 years old, never liked Batman at all as I was a die hard Spiderman fan. Saw both Dark Knight movies when they came out and was more interested in the cinematography at the time, but I just recently watched the whole trilogy again and it completely changed the way I viewed all the movies. I have become fascinated with the Bruce Wayne/Batman persona and quickly picked up on some of the true meaning and messages that the movies give off. I started to look at how I could take some of his values, morals, and habits and institute them into my life and that's how I stumbled upon this video. What you explain is exactly the information I interpreted and what I wanted to dive deeper into. Obviously he is a fake comic book character but the idea behind the Bruce Wayne/Batman character is something that we can learn from and try to embody. I appreciate the time and research you took to create this video and the motivation it has brought me.

So true!! Batman really creates the base of being a better version of yourself by keeping track of not getting carried away of what you are capable of doing, staying humble & showcasing yourself by your actions. The way Bruce Wayne is the billoniare guy, simply resonated with me that we must keep that version of ourselves to the rest of the world and The Batman to people close -example Alfred, because that version of you (The Batman) that you worked hard to become is simply too expensive to be shown to the people. At least what I think of it.

This reminds me of a section in Atomic Habits on behavior change. It's not about changing the outcomes, it's about changing one's identity. Once one defines those foundational pillars of truth, the system will run more efficiently because there won't be any cognitive dissonance of one's healthy actions contradicting one's unhealthy values. My main issue is that while creating new pillars of truth might be easy enough if they align with already existing values, but destroying some of your most ancient, defining values is like cutting off ties with your closest childhood friend who has always been there to comfort you. In my case at least, my identity has been cultivated around getting short term rewards and delving into that sin of gluttony and I don't mean just food. Before the sin of lust really just became a problem, there is just the action of doing something that makes you feel good. Consuming youtube videos, looking through instagram feed, scrolling for hours on tiktok, upvoting some random post you won't remember in a few seconds on reddit, looking through twitter but then getting bored so you go back to youtube, and the whole process just restarts again. I don't think there is any backtracking in terms of constructing one's identity. Once you learn and strengthen a habit, I don't think you can unlearn it; you can only strengthen a habit in order to weaken an already established one. You don't just unlearn being an alcoholic, you learn how to overcome the urges of being an alcoholic. In my case, I'm creating a foundation where I don't consume all this mindless stimulation as an escape from the uncomfortable truth of my own inadequacy as a human-being. My last major action was deleting all of my social medias in order to leave behind all of the environments that cultivated this old system of values. My next major action is getting off all forms of digital entertainment: streaming services, KZbin, and porn. These are the cues that lead to my faults as a person that I don't want to be, yet this next step is the one I've always gotten to, but never been able to get passed. That's why I have to eliminate the largest cue that I've been fucking avoiding for the longest time now: the very laptop I am typing this comment on. Of course, most of these actions aren't permanent. I will look into consuming this other shit in moderation when the time comes, but right now, that's not what I need. With this laptop, even after building up myself from the lowest I've ever been, there was always the chance that I would turn off all the firewalls that were protecting me from falling into a downward spiral and despite the fact that I built these firewalls to be even more indestructable than the last time, I would fall again and again. To get rid of my laptop is not happening, so I'm locking it in a safe my parents aren't using, storing the safe in a hard to reach place, and stashing the key in a place out of sight. After that, I can really start a lasting NoFap streak and make it so the urge to mindlessly scroll the internet will dwindle away. Going back to weakening bad habits, my replacements for these unhealthy habits are studying for academics; reading and music for leisure; and running, stretching, and sleeping for fitness. I've been getting back into running and reading recently, and because of this I've felt better and better every day. Anyway, I don't think I am going to come anywhere close to someone as inspirational Batman, but I'm taking more steps to get to that goal.

Bruce Batman Wayne is said by some psychologists have said to be the inclination to Post Traumatic Growth tendencies. Losing his parents was most traumatic, many kids would have curled up into a vegetative state or worse acted out violently and persisted on that path. Even though he internalized the loss of his parents Bruce started to grow and deliberately,I thought this another important determination. There are two forms of therapy one opposite to emotion monologue or dialogue multilogue and opposite to emotion Action. The latter is what compelled me to do my first total of 1000 pushups in one day at 43 years old.and over 1700 pushups in jail!
