Incredibly good advice. They all resonate so it is hard to pick just one but forgiveness can be difficult so I really appreciate your rationale regarding the need to forgive.

I'm so with you on the forgiveness piece, Carman. It's a hard one to master and yet, SO MUCH freedom lies on the other side of it. I'd love to hear how things shift for you once you incorporate forgiveness practice in your daily routine. Sending many well wishes. Have a lovely rest of the week.

I live by Forgiveness But today at 49 I have realised that it was not always forgiveness..it was also helplessness…nevertheless today I am at peace and have Acceptance of the then helplessness and have forgiven and forgotten. Also Acceptance and Gratitude are real and easy to practice and the do so as often as possible and as much as I am present.
