Honestly, WOW! i was NOT expecting anyone to be THIS good at pep talks. My whole life went by because i felt so insecure about anything related to me. My relatives kept saying, "You're too fat" or "you're too thin" because my weight kept fluctuating. I would see other girls looking almost PERFECT and when i looked at myself in the mirror i would feel disgusted and think "why am I not like them" and I started believing that people actually lived upto those god-like standards. I think this video made me realise just how amazing i can be if i believe that i AM amazing. I was literally just sobbing yesterday feeling very insecure because of how I'm so ugly and don't deserve any love or attention. I tried my best in studies only to get validation from others and now it's taking a toll on my health (physical and mental). When i didn't care about what other people thought of me they would say "Look at her not caring at all. GOD she literally CANNOT accept the truth can she?" and I would give in and hide in a corner feeling extremely insecure again. So thank you Avishi. You have NO IDEA how much this video helped me . I almost burst out crying because I NEEDED THIS. Please make more content like these I love seeing you talk about topics like these. You are an amazing person and a beautiful soul ✨😇💞

coming from someone who was always so insecure and underconfident, i can vouch on the fact that ppl will talk shit once or twice but uske baad it doesn't really matter and everyone's just so self absorbed trust me no one's noticing that your hair doesn't look perfect or if your tummy is bloated, its just us who delve deeper into it (i completely get why, those thoughts makes u want to end ur shit) so you do you babe life is so much more than this! i've partially overcome this feeling now from the past few months, and i still have a long way to go but this small progress only feels SO GOOD so just wanted to put it out there lol plus "fake it till you make it" mindset is really what got me thru it ngl just believe that you're the prettiest most intelligent and amazing version of yourself you'll get there pookies AND OH YES never ever for the love of god base your self worth over a man's opinion if u don't want to make a faluda of your mental health😭

Idk who needs to hear this. But I just wanna tell u being skinny❌being pretty. I have always been skinny and I have been body shamed my entire life. Like I have heard compliments too because I do fit certain beauty standards(set by society that doesn't even make sense) but it's not like I haven't been down graded. There are times when these comments wear the mask of worry or jokes "ohh, eat more" , "you'll fly if there's too much wind" , "you look like a skeleton" and trust me it hurts like hell. It took a big toll on my mental health when I was 13, i started wearing baggy clothes(though now I love them loll) and it was the worst phase of my life. I just want Everyone to know no matter what size you are , as Avishi said you will never be beautiful enough,so love yourself and strive to be healthy rather than fit into the beauty standards. And Avishi this video was much needed

Exactly everyone thinks that gaining weight or like being fat is the only body shame but there's also being skinny consider as body shame because both are harmful but sometimes it's out of control for us and if we can change ourselves as per our want then it's good but if we can't accepting ourselves is the best 🖤

OMG so true! i have friends who are a bit underweight and they get treated differently because of that. People keep saying- omg do u even eat? or how do you stay still when strong wind blows by? like why do yall care. but i guess because we couldn't stop the society from thinking that way and let this go till now and since it's too late to fix the society's mindset i guess we just have to ignore 'em buzzing bees and mind our own business and walk through our life like bosses cuz its OUR life and WE own it not them. FUCK THE SOCIETY IF THEY GOT MORE TO SAY KEEP TALKING CUZ I DONT CARE ANYMORE AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER. You don't have to fit any "standard" to be pretty. As they say, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. If a person truly likes you they will see the beauty inside and not out and like us just the way we are.
