There is a mod for chest isolation it involves adding a bar and two other pulleys it totaly works

i like these form videos. can you explain a little more in a video about narrow grip vs wide grip like the cards say? they show it as different exercises. Is it just how far you bring your hands together?

I'd have to reference the cards again, but for me the "narrow" grip is just holding it with your palms facing each other and your elbows close to your chest. You should feel it more in the center of your chest and it uses a bit more triceps.

So you are saying for better chest activation during a press to keep the arms down and act like you are putting your arms around a tree trunk? Yes if you go high then it becomes a shoulder press
