Can I bind my Devo seven Weyland to my CX 33S because brand new out of the package I’ve had it for a month and haven’t been able to fly as of yet. First of all the battery came damaged and I don’t know what to blame the transmitter or the drone itself so I have a Weiland Devo seven can you walk me through it I have never flown anything with this transmitter I bought it for this reason alone

@@FrequentFlyerRC The only thing that is wrong with the complete package is the battery the battery would not hold a charge from day one so I received A battery that did not work now after putting another battery in it I was unable to bind it or fly it I don’t know if it’s the receiver or the drone honestly I don’t know what’s wrong at all it all seems to work fine but it does not do with my other 10 drones do do .

Hi. Is it possible to change the transmitter output power with modded Devo 7e? The bigger devos allow to change the power of the transmitter, but this little radio had this feature disabled with factory software.....Is it still disabled after upgrading to Deviation?

im having an issue with my deviation. i have the 7e radio and it seems to bind fine to one of my helicopters but it wont work correctly with either of my quads. it will still bind but only 3 of the 4 rotors spin. also Im unable to select mulit as model type. theres only plane and heli to choose from.. Im thinking of trying an older version.. I tried the nightly build but those ones wont even bind at all..

ah thanks I was able to get the nightly build working. It turns out I needed to update the firmware as well that came with the nightly build. Im still a newb at using deviation but I have been able to get it working with all my models. I have a mini 3d heli that im tinkering with... should be fun once it has all the channels working.

Yeah, the MSR X is set to DSM2. The Nano CPS is set to DSMX. I've changed between 5 and 6 channel as well. Still no rotor on either one.

What's going on double f,finally finish that Devo installed the 2 chips nfr and a7105,confused as heck,only bound the v636 to the 2x2'protocol but it's flying erratic equivalent to not flying at all.It spends and flips.I also got the switches mod done,Wondering how to control the trim and rates which buttons do I use and where can I find the dm007 protocol?

Calibrate your Devo. Can't use the trims on that protocol the way SeBy DocKy got it hooked up. He used the throttle and yaw trims for toggles on the lights, cam and stuff. Hit my email [e-mail] and I can send you my Devo folders and Deviation test build I have. But can you send me an install package of the Dfuse tool? Someone needs it and my computer is down.

Where it says "Load" to switch models you can hit the lower 2 buttons on right to switch from "Load" to "Copy". Hit enter and scroll down to the model again (it should say "unsaved") then hit enter. That saves it.

Yaw trim has been used to accommodate a lights toggle lol ... I didn't program flip on X11 but hit your left switch down and auto flips are on.

Which "bigger quads"? Most larger 250 racers use DSM2.. The Devo with Deviation Firmware flies them without a module..

Yes you can set up rates. Much easier to get a Jumper T8SG now though as all the work of modding the 7e has been done already!

The problem I have is that the X16 is still trying to fly away because the throttle is too sensitive, Can you help me with the recommended throttle curve to tame this beast? Do I have to install the NRF24L01 into the tx before I can use the devo 7e to bind with other quads and hexes? Like lets say the mjx series as an example. I ordered a dual set of the NRF24L01 last night after I saw you do it. So that will be in sometime this week.

+SkyPilot 737 Well with this one it's special. The controller was modded with a chip and special firmware called Deviation which make this possible. Normally, it wouldn't be able to bind to everything. This is ideal for someone with a few to many different models to fly.

All of them can't be deviated. All the ones you named can be Deviated though. If you don't have one then maybe you should start with 7e.

Just the one chip! I'm actually missing out on a bunch of other good models too! So I ordered the other chip too! It supports Hubsan, Hisky and the U807 too! Gives the U807 more pitch than my X6058 I think! :P

So my problem was in fact the module. I just installed a new one. This time to go safe I didn't remove the pins on the module and just used them and use cable with connectors. This is the first quad I flew and WOW! Syma x11 is so lame with stock transmitter. Quality of the quad is superb, super quiet but only two rates on stock transmitter and second rates is like just a 60% of the quad you can feel it. Now with deviation is like 110% Love it such a huge difference. I thinks is worth it even if you fly only this quad with it. i am going to try my beloved JJ1000 now ! :) Have you updated your devo files or deviation since the one you sent to me? fi so can you send me your latest? ;)

I just modded my 7e with the 3n1 rf module and I am having all kinds of trouble the first question is why do I see a astrid symbol in front of the hubsan protocol the flysky both are on the a7105 module. no missing module comes up on the remote. I can t bind my u 807 and the only quad I was able to bind was the tarantula x6 and when binded the side to side not the yaw was reversed. Help Me Please!

+Nicholas DeLillo Sounds like you gotta go back in and resolver the module. A7105 area not done well. FlySky is NRF24L01 module. As for the Tarantula, just reverse the channels in the transmitter.
