How to Bleed a internal Hydraulic Bearing

Solid process, I had to repeat their process at least a dozen times. I was able to bleed mine system as follows, fast down, hold, slow release, slow down, slow release, then fast down and slow release. Then repeat until the bottle at the bottom was full. Seal the bleeder, drain the fluid, check the master cylinder then repeat from the beginning until no air comes through - overall it took hours 😳

Some tube on the end of the bleed nipple will save skin contact with brake fluid.

So if you bleed the system and there is no more air bubbles coming out, but yet you still have no clutch, is it the master cylinder or the slave cylinder that’s worn?

If there are no bubbles coming out of the bleeder it could be and adjustment in the master cylinder at the firewall adjuster. If the transfer port is blocked by the piston due to mis adjustment then it will starve the master cylinder of fluid and the piston will not build pressure.

Try that on a Corvette. The screw is fixed ontop of the torque tube. When or if you get a new clutch, that's when you need to buy the Katech bleeder. It's impossible to install this without dropping the torque tube. You can still gravity bleed the stock clutch, i'll have to hope I did the best I could. 30 + bleeds. And that it'll self bleed from the resiviore
