bro i just bought this g35, it got a overheating problem. it has no signs of a blown head, but what else could it be? i just did the thermostat and bled the system. added coolant, and it started then boom the bleeder valve just cracked off. the car warmed up hella quick too. any tips? im local to sac

I do not agree with using that long yellow tube under the funnel. The purpose of the funnel with the plunger is to not spill any fluid, if you put the plunger in and remove the funnel from the radiator cap you will spill all the fluid in the tube. I have never had an issue using just the funnel. Once removed I use a small syringe to syphon out a little to not spill any when I put the cap back on. All done after the car cools down. To each his own just my process. Still good info in the video and process for using that method. Such a simple tool but works well. Thanks

So I just got a new g with 130 k miles and It was driving normal everything was fine but when I started accelerating and getting to high rpm’s the car started to smoke white but it wasn’t overheating I stopped and let it chill and the smoking stopped any ideas ?

Thats what happens when you accelerate. Just don't wanna see white sweet smoke while you're running idle. (After cold start)

I have a question, I’m currently doing that to my car, my reservoir tank has a bottom hose and a top one which is a skinny one that you can pinch, every time I fill up the coolant through the radiator. The reservoir starts filling up as well because of the bottom hose attached to it. Should I pinch it as well

@@alexanderamayaportillo8255 so what i found was that system is built to let out any trapped air from the over flow hose that the reservoir has at the top . As long as you start ur car up with ur funnel kit on you see your car will start using more coolant and just keep pouring more slowing in until it’s between ur max and min on your reservoir

About to replace my heater hose on the passenger side because the coupler broke off completely, the Z1 coupler valve should arrive tomorrow, and I have the Z1 hose kit to install everything. I've got a 2011 G37 IPL. Just replaced the coolant line union with an aluminum one. It doesn't have the bleeder valve, the stock didn't either. Is there another bleeder valve? Thanks
