How to block out background noise on a Microsoft Teams call

Hi, saw your KZbin video and tried on laptops which are using i5 and i7 CPU. Unfortunately, it’s unable to suppress noises effectively as it shows in your videos. Are there any hardware recommendations? May I know the specs of your machine please.

I recorded this on a Surface Pro 6 so nothing super powerful. It only works on the windows desktop app for teams and the support article says “your computer's processor must support Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (AVX2). This option is currently not available for Mac devices using an M1 ARM processor”, if that helps?
