This is the MOST VALUABLE VIDEO I HAVE EVER SEEN ABOUT SERVICE! Simply wow.
@lanycera3 жыл бұрын
That was the single most valuable video I've watched on communicating with clients! I think the email and follow-up conversations are SO important, and it was lovely to see your way of doing a meeting. Definitely keep it up! Another topic that would be really interesting especially for early business beginnings is google ads/fb ads and marketing in general - I've heard many people are getting leads with it, but it's a pretty intricate topic

So glad you mentioned that we are service providers! I think it's easy to get wrapped up in "creating art" when in reality, we are providing a service to our clients. I think this mentality breeds success.

@@EricFloberg Ahhhh true! I am sure you have someone with a burning iron that can do that. I loved the client interview so much and also the aspirational messaging in the beginning, it always feels so good to do be reassured to do it for the right reasons! Especially after an intense wedding season

Hi Eric could u please let me know about the microphone you are using and the microphone stand? 🤗🤗
@itsaaronmiller3 жыл бұрын
Shure SM7b at the beginning and then the scene with the hat looks like a Blue Microphone. Maybe the Mouse? But that would be shocking because it's a really expensive mic for music production.
@EricFloberg3 жыл бұрын
Yup, SM7B and a crappy mic stand, and the Cascade Elroy in the other scene.

Hey Eric, hope you're well. This is a simple question that for some reason I can't figure out. I do portraits, engagements, family shoots, etc and use Honeybook for onboarding. At what point in the process do I get my client's instagram handles and how do I get them to follow my photo account back? My clients are always really happy with my work and the galleries come out amazing, but it's been tough getting anyone to connect with us on social media. Any suggestions for how to add this into my process?
@britthall59652 жыл бұрын
I love Eric’s content❤️🔥 I found your comment and wanted to share - ask for social media handles in your inquiry contact form (don’t make it a requirement though), from there please add into your photo agreement/contract that people will need to follow you in order to tag you in your work when they post. It is completely appropriate to ask for customers to tag you whenever posting your work online(not everyone will follow this but most would love to). I find that if you say at the end of a session or in a consultation for a wedding, “I would really appreciate you tagging my business when you post any of the work online, it helps me to grow organically and means the absolute world to me.” people will feel compelled and sentimental about tagging you and supporting your business. I hope this helps! My name is Brittany and my IG is @chasingsunsetsllc if you love to connect on there. Xoxox good luck with business!
