How to boot UEFI system with an exFAT or NTFS flash drive using RUFUS

This video just shows you how to create rescue media in Macrium reflect, and how to boot an ISO file in a UEFI system with a flash drive that isn’t a FAT32 drive, yet has NTFS or exFAT filesystem options.
Please note: using the usb flash drive option in Macrium Reflect did not work, the result was that the boot-loader would not list macrium reflect as an option in the boot list of the boot loader
Please choose the ISO file option in Macrium if you want it to appear in the boot-list, then use Rufus to create the EFI boot record on the selected disk you prefer to to use
Make sure you save your boot file to your desktop or you will receive errors that Rufus cannot locate the drive where the boot media is stored, also choose the recommended settings for the ISO file build settings
