How to braid a challah roll.

What temp would you bake these cuties?

Hi there! 350 F for about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 195 F. You can read the temp with a thermometer or get a feel for it by the color and texture of the rolls (a bit of brown on the bottom is a good sign). Happy baking!

Thank you so very much for your response. I’m new at bread baking and I’m so loving your content. Could you also share what temp a loaf of challah bread should be internally? I find that my loaves always need extra time in the middle of the loaf after I pull them from the oven and I would like to not need to cut them to check the middle. Definitely gonna invest in a thermometer. I appreciate your help and kindness ❤

@@tonyathreet3567 Aim for 190-195 F internally. In the absence of a thermometer, you can gently lift the loaf and tap the bottom, listen for a hollow sound and look for a nice caramel color.
