I am very happy to have come across your video. I have danced for many years and then worked at a desk job and had a very difficult time returning to exercise due to fear of movement, injury and pain. Now I am trained as a dance movement therapist and I am currently becoming a yoga instructor. I am very interested in fascia-related topics. With the no pain no gain method and distorted body perception (eating disorders, obsession with thin- & fitness), I beat my body so much that core exercises are psychologically very challenging for me. I found it really helpful that this topic came up in this video, as well as the exercises and topics discussed in other videos on your channel. Great! Thank you very much for your effort! ❤❤❤
