What also helped me was praying and fasting. I cried out to God and he delivered me from watching Korean dramas and Soap operas.They were consuming my time and blurred my mindset away from God. As always love your videos ❤

My best friends phone broke and so she ordered the Nokia phone. She lasted about 2 days and then returned it. She was like this is too difficult to have this phone especially when we are out and about and need to use the internet for some reason. I’m very proud of you Vivian for recognizing that this was an idol for you and being obedient to the Lord. I myself have found myself addicted to my phone…mostly out of procrastination…knowing I need to be doing something and instead just avoiding the work and waisting time on my phone 🙄 not how we should be using our time!! lol anyway ❤ you!! Started my journey on June 6th & Glory to God it is day 4 today! 🎉 I started off with 15hr of screen time to 45 minutes 😂😅! I even leave it at home to go out since my husband is at home with us currently not working. I can see i have felt SO FREE & feel a stronger desire to seek Jesus 🙏🏽🥺💕 thank you for this idea and being vulnerable to share with us

I havent started yet but i needed this. Im ashamed to say my screen time is 9/10hr everyday. One week i was off work and it was 12/14hours. I dont even know how.

I’m staying away from my phone and I’ve been doing so good, I accidentally left it in the store and left 😂😂😂 Im seeing a difference in my mood and thoughts. I’ve improved in my performance at work. I usually end the day with my battery life bout dead, it’s still full.

i updated to the ios 18 beta and my screen time wont let me click “ignore for the day now” so i only get 1 hour on my social medias before they lock. my settings force close when i try to click screen time lol.
