The suppressing feelings thing seems to be an American/English thing to do. In German e.g. if we ask „How are you doing?“ we actually tell people how we are. Even to strangers 😅 I think the whole „How are you doing?“ and everyone says „fine“ etc. is already an issue.

So friendship is all about activities i can do with other people? Hmmm i am not a fan of activities that involve crowd.

Can you explain if men also feel lonely even if they're married? Whether in their 30s or beyond? Why would they feel lonely? As a woman, I genuinely would to know. I know all about female loneliness and reasons, but not a lot about men's loneliness. Anyone, feel free to respond. 🙂
