Ek ek baat sahi h bande ki. I'm jogging since 2019 only and improvement was not upto the mark. But this breathing technique works miracle for both recovery and pace. Today I finished my 5k in 32 minutes with minimal fatigue.

My favorite 2 in 2 out. Matlab lagatar teji se 2 baar inhale karna h ( with slightly open mouth) stomach full jayega. Fir lagatar 2 baar exhale karna h ( with slightly open mouth) .This time stomach will contract. Starting mein rhythm mein thori problem hogi. But set ho jayega to fir maza aayega.

Heart rate depends on the gravity of your efforts. If you are trying to qualify for a greater event or to stand out for some medal, then it may go up to 80 % of your max heart rate(varies with age). For a leasure race, it can go to 55% otherwise. Max heart rate in your case is 220 - 50 years = 170 beats per minute (bpm).
