I purchase the mint mouthwash less than a month ago and I've already seen a noticeable difference in my receding gum line. Truly I wish I had taken a picture. It is amazing how much it's improved in such a short time. I'm looking forward to trying the tooth powder next. One quick question what do you think about oil pulling? Thanks

who else came here after experiencing Dr. Ellie mouthcare system? Closys as a prerinse, crest regular toothpaste, Listerine antiseptic mouthwash followed with ACT zero fluoride mouthwash. My tongue is numb and rough and I have three sores on my gums after using this system for almost 3 months. I need to get my sores healed and they won't heal. For now I'm using warm salt water rinses 3x day and regular brushing with nano hydroxyapatie toothpaste. I don't know what else to do. I might buy the hydroxy mouth wash as it looks like a good choice.

don't use regular toothpaste either! Try the hydroxyapatite tooth powder and the mouthwash. livingwellwithdrmichelle.com/product/remineralizing-tooth-powder/ livingwellwithdrmichelle.com/shop/#mouth-wash

I am! This video just showed up in my feed and I'm glad it did. I am very holistic, natural, chemical free and even though I have been using Dr. Ellie protocol, I just simply can't get past the ingredients of the suggested products. I would never normally use any of these. I was attracted to her due to my son being told he is goingvto eventually need a root canal because one of his back teeth keeps getting food stuck in it and irritated. I also have receding gums and have been told I have periodontal disease. I've done surgery once, never doing that again, and having to get my teeth cleaned every 3 months at 153.00 a cleaning,well, I'm just over it! The goal is to avoid any unnecessary procedures, build and strengthen the gums, teeth and have a healthy mouth, gums and clean breath!

She uses fluoride and I don’t believe what she has to say.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I hope you'll get better soon.🙏🏻🍀 I could guess that it's the additional ingredients in these products that cause your irritations. I'm actually searching for products available in Germany with hydroxyapatite that are not aggressive. I get problems with the GC Toothmousse products with my sensitive and damaged teeth. It hurts like hell if I don't dilute it with saliva before rinsing it around.

yeap. I fell into the Ellie trap. The chemical cocktail she sells is absolutely horrible. my mouth felt horrible each time and I developed headaches from the stuff (despite spitting all the time in order to avoid swallowing the remains after a cleaning session).

What are your thoughts in xylitol mints or chewing gum?

No mention of nano bristles or xylitol??

Will a tongue scraper not destroy your gag reflex? It seems it would when I've tried it.

Confusing you say to angle the toothbrush toward the gum first. The illustration shows the toothbrush angled toward the crown of the tooth first According to the verbal instructions the toothbrush is angled toward the gum line first with gentle short back and forth strokes and then sweep to to the crown.

I am grateful to have found you! Thank you for these wonderful videos! I drink two things all day long: water with trace minerals added to it and separately, I drink homemade jun kombucha all day long…it’s acidic. Is there something you can add to drinking water that can alkalinize the mouth after each sip of an acidic drink?

I want to buy the kit, I'll probably end up buying the products individually so I can get the citrus flavored ones; Mints make me gag badly 😭. I do have some questions: 1)I'm a smoker, do I need a a specific formulation? 2) Where can I find a video showing exactly how to use the powder? So we spit, rinse? 3) Are these for long-term use and I will get rid of the traditional toothpaste forever? (I hope so lol) 4) I have crowns and silver cavity fillings. Can I still use your products? Thank you ❤

Dr. Michelle I've heard acid is bad for the teeth, that being said I do prefer citrus over mint. Is citrus safe even though I assume its acidic?

Great ❤. Is it hygienic to brush teeth in the kitchen?

@Dr. Michelle? Are these products available in Australia? with the currency conversion it makes it a bit limited in purchasing anywhere except from Australia. Postage alone is astronomical!

At the end is that the actual order of the steps? I was taught to scrape, floss, then brush. 🤔

Hi Dr. Michelle, I have a question that I asked many dentists, and every time I received a different answer, and now I'd like to know what you think. I'd like to know if I should brush my teeth before or after I have breakfast in the morning?
@amandablasko4386 Жыл бұрын
Should we also rinse with salty water?

I am a new follower. I have taken care of my health and teeth all my life. I have only eaten whole organic foods for decades (I am a Holistic nutritionist). The last dental exam I had my dentist rawved about my teeth. However, recently I have noticed some gum inflammation. I watched and am starting Dr. Ellie Phillips tooth care protocol. Are you familiar with it? It is a step process. What is challenging for me is that several of the products are full of chemicals and flouride. But her results are undeniable. So much comfusing when I start to look at your tooth care regime which is wayyy different. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is there nothing you can suggest that is beneficial besides your products? Surely there has to be something sold that would provide the results besides what you want to sell us.
@terrysmith-zt8lsАй бұрын
I think she is telling a story to sell a product. Turn up the volume. You have to be in a quiet place to hear. I'm out of here.
@leek7987Ай бұрын
I agree. She said that she was not familiar with Dr Ellie and there is no way I believe that. These influencers know who their competition is. She has some good information about root canals and crowns but she is here to sell and make money.
