I'm currently at 530whp and 500wtq with my 6.4. baseline dyno was 421whp 427wtq. i did headers, intake, cam, e85, and all other bolt ons. I can still do heads to get that up to 550whp. just for some extra info, the cam I went with was Jay Greene's 226/232 racing cam kit. the before and after dyno result on the same day was 464whp 475wtq -> 530whp 500wtq. the 464whp was full bolt ons and e85, and the 530whp was that plus the camshaft

What is the drivesblity and reliability gas mileage. I just got mine and kinda wanna do stuff to it but idk what to do

@@jamesprice4297 drivability is great and gas mileage is not terrible. Under 2K rpms its tuned to run lean purposely so that I can get good gas mileage when traveling far to the track. Fully gutted it gets around 11mpg driving around normally and over 25 on the highway.

What did you do for exaust and for the air intake you got any suggestions

@ for exhaust i did 2” long tube headers, catless midpipes, resonator delete, and high flow mufflers. i wouldnt do 2” unless you upgrade the camshaft, otherwise do a 1 7/8”. intake is hellcat airbox with a k&n filter, 88mm fastman throttle body, and ported 392 intake manifold (port matched too)

I have emissions testing here in California so im limited to shorty headers will i pick up some power with a tune?

J - Without a tune, about 10whp. But with a tune, depending on how aggressive, 15whp.

6.4 already have shorty headers from stock. You will gain nothing.

Don't bother. Look at the stock exhaust manifolds. They're basically heavy duty shorty headers.

A - Not before the mods listed. Catbacks are costly for very little power gain.

I hope I did not get here too late but guys stop, modding a Dodge is throwing away money. Here in south Florida Dodge gets slapped around and a mustang with headers just made your $12,000 heads cam package just more weight piled on to the anchor.
