All plans wil be available at the end of the series🤟🏼 im thinking 25$ will be a fair price, since it took a lot of work to make them. Im using 35mm tube, but there will also ba a set for 1 1/2 tubing. Thanks for the support everyone!✌🏻

The results would be impressive for any fab shop. The idea this kid is doing all of this with such minimal tools is remarkable! You need to hit up some of the tool suppliers and get some level of sponsorship. What you’d be able to achieve with a decently equipped shop would be insane!

Great work with a minimum amount of equipment and very straight forward methodology. I thought your "lift the frame" to set up the front lower A frame at an angle (to get some anti dive?) was inspired. Hope you are headed to a really good engineering school- you have the right sort of mind and a genius for practical application!

Really nice work. Count me in. Near the end of this video, consider using a "high misalignment" bushing for the rod end where the bolt head is in the way. The bushings fit into the spherical rod end and allow the sphere to turn a couple more degrees for more angle (up to 30*). This type of bushing will typically reduce the size of the fastening bolt by 1 size. I used this type of bushings on my CBR1000F leaning trike.

You should also reconsider front shock upper brackets design. Add a vertical pipe between lower frame and mid frame. And make a triangular bracket for front shock, and weld that bracket to the vertical pipe. (The same way you have made rear suspension arm mounting points.)

Love the design and the methods of manufacture, and admire your skills. As a motorcyclist, I have to let you know that the road bike forks you are using for the rear suspension only have about 100mm of travel before the spring binds and bottoms out. If you want to get the full travel from your A-arms, you will have to use dirt bike forks that have about 250mm of travel. Top job though, well done.

Great project, great and hard work.Im waiting for rest. About your suspension, why you use onroad bike forks? Are they not too soft? Why not offroad bke front and rear? Any motocross bikes, and you have extra options to make it better if you change springs for harder and you can change rebound and compression adjustment.
