I just stumbled upon your videos tonight and they have helped my pelvis area groin and hips within minutes. I have been searching high and low to fix these areas on my body and your methods are the only ones that helped immediately… I cannot thank you enough

I really love your videos. The movements are great, they're fun, and you have such a nice personality. I've actually started to make a few of your movements part of my daily habit and am looking to slowly incorporate more. I'm definitely going to check out your books on Amazon. Excellent video and funny too. You would be a great mime. As we age we become more prone to injuries and I find moving slowly alleviates this
