This is honestly the most approachable video about routines that I have found. It’s realistic but still encourages growth and consistency. I’m trying to build a routine (after many stops and starts) and I am going to watch this video through again as I try to create a successful one. Thank you 😀!!!

Welcome back Makayla boy have I missed your videos and this one was one of the best videos I've seen in 2024 literally. Your a pure gem thank you for these tips any book written by you with these tips I'd be first in line to read it😍📖. My mental health has been up and down this year with losing my dog Rambo, the trauma of losing my mum to cancer 4 years ago has still not gone away and my sisters upcoming wedding which people who I don't like at all have been invited it's a combination of these things that have made my life so hard right now. But I will do my best to stay consistent and be the best version of myself and hope good things soon come. You cuddling your kitties was so sweet, they are so lucky to have you🐈🐈⬛. Hugs❤!

Thank you so much Harry! I’m so happy to be back! I’m so sorry that you’re dealing with all of that. I know it can feel overwhelming, but you really just have to take it all one step at a time and make sure you’re taking time for your mental health by doing things that make you feel good and inspired. Amazing things are coming!!

I feel like this video was made in a vacuum. It’s DANGEROUS to say that someone’s reality is a direct result of their thoughts and emotions. Some people cannot be blamed for their circumstances. Take a woman in a relationship with a narcissistic abuser. The very nature of the narcissist is to deceive. Did she ask for this? No. You have to be careful with this kind of content and consider the whole of who might be seeking it. Not every situation is the result of our thoughts and emotions. I’d argue that a lot of us are dealt some pretty crappy hands we had no control over.
@makaylacaroline5 ай бұрын
@@melissasnotsureaboutthis those are terrible situations and no one deserves that. However, emotions and thoughts do lead to the decisions that you make, good or bad. Even if it’s a situation you have no control over, you have the power to make that decision to get out of it, even if it is really hard. The moment you give away your power to make the decision for a change for yourself is the moment you give away your power to create the life you want and deserve

Then don’t watch the video. Move on. Find something that speaks to you. Don’t waste your time or the creator of this video’s time to criticize! Goodness 🙄

She is saying it’s studies from Joe Dispenza for one, and that man is a genius so I wouldn’t try and discredit this info. I believe your triggered here.
