How to build a Sump

Hey, Thanks for the detailed video. Hard to find videos with so much detail. Few questions... why no protein skimmer? What size gph pump are you using? What size display tank is this gonna be hooked up to?

I was going to hook up and see if I needed a skimmer or not, not sure what I will go with yet. I’m planning on adding this to a 75gallon. Idr the gph size, I moved and haven’t set up the tank yet, when I do I’ll have some new videos.
