I love that kerf at the 10 inch mark to hold the tape. I’ve used the the profile and mark from the edge method but always used a nail or another set of hands to hold the tape. Looking good. Keep up the great work Maestro.

Great video… Are you using that Dado set on the Dewalt 8-1/4 table saw or 10”? Just curious because I have the 8-1/4, and wondering if you could run a dado set on it.

@@edbrown7919 it is not. The ceiling is a 1x6 T&G poplar. I stained it with Minwax Early American and 2 coats of satin clear.

@@edbrown7919 yes, just leave expansion room around perimeter. Since it’s outside, it will expand quite a bit.
