With my cinema, instead of redstone stuff, I put systems that spawned npc's (mostly villagers, vindicators, and evokers, sometimes skeletons, witches, and zombies to shake things up) in a room with stained glass covering it, so then it spawned the npc's and they would fight, like an action movie.

Or you could build a back room behind the "projector" and put the jukebox in there so you can operate the theater from behind the scenes. Just don't put in the iron block behind the glass and you can use the "projector" as a window to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Mumbo, when a song finishes playing the comparator keeps the output, so it won't automatically stop the redstone. You would have to manually remove the record. Still, great video, I'm going to put one of these in my base, maybe try to make an actual movie with the blocks, like a panoramic scene or something silly!

You could do the dimming lights! You use command blocks to spawn those new thangly nether blocks that kill you. There is proberbly a filter or something to tell it to be a certain brightness. (I have not played minecraft in a while :P)

For Bedrock Edition players, my way of making a redstone feed tape is by using observer clocks to make the piston push the blocks. But I recommend leaving space in the feed tape that is enough for one more block or in this case three so that when you override the piston with a lever or something, it wouldn't make noise.

I actually made this cinema and hooked it up to a lighting system. When the screen is off, all the lights are on except 8 ones in the front and when the cinema screen turns on, the lights go out and the 8 lights in the front turn on and 'spotlight' the cinema screen!

Just tried this and, it still works! (Well in bedrock it’s does idk about java) there were a couple of things that didn’t work like they used to, or just don’t work in bedrock (t flip flop) so I just had to mess around a bit, but it still works perfectly! 10/10 would (and will) build again

Instead of the java t flip flop design I used a version that works in bedrock (can’t find the video at the moment but I will put a link when I find it) and there was another problem where the bottom pistons didn’t move but for that you just need to mess around a bit to try to get it to be powered, hope this helps!
