I have a strong core from - single arm farmer carries, pull ups, landmine chest press, and landmine shoulder press. But even with that, I end up with an anterior pelvic tilt posture when I do a standing overhead press.

I like to put them on my knees and use my legs to kick them up like you would for a dumbbell bench press or a seated shoulder press

You can only do that if you're using baby weight or you're incredibly strong, there's literally no reason to do standing dumbbell press over standing barbell press. Mario doesn't have to worry about that because he's not strong at all, so he's able to kip the weight he works with up. Just do barbell press

I hit shoulders 3 times a week. Is this too much? They never seem to be sore the next day, so i figure its okay. Normally, hit them every 2-3 days
