Loving the videos, this is the most similiar extension to the one we've got planned :) What's the reason for the 10-20cm gap to the neighbouring walls though? Too narrow for maintenance, but wide enough to cause headaches! Party wall shenanigans?

@@MasterGrimbart Hi Thank you for engaging and loving my videos 😊 The neighbour built his extension slightly away from the boundary and we did it on the boundary, hence we have a larger than usual gap. This is why we used brick instead of block. so it's weather sealed.

Hi, thanks They are coming. I have uploaded one video last night ( roof) and it will live today at 16.30 and there will be 3 more: Screed, kitchen and fit out and final video of the entire job
