Great looking bench Jon. The 7 degree cut on the legs was a subtle and a nice touch, will be adding that to my memory bank. AS you said love thee design of the bench with the curved seat.

Great work as always, Jon! I love the small details. Climb cutting seems to be overly discouraged, in my opinion. As long as you have a firm grip on the router, securely fix the work, and take a shallow cut, you should be just fine. Having the mass of a 'full-size' router helps, but isn't necessary (I love my cordless trim router and the big guy usually stays in the table).

Really Nice Jon. Is the gap spacing of the seat cross members eyeballed? If not how do you calculate this without getting into deep fractions?
