@@vamshigonzalves6002 bhai jho weak side hai na husse na thoda zyada zor lagana like jaabh weak side tired ho Jaye and strong side still has some power then also just stop doing the set like stop the set as soon as weak side gives up and if u r doing it with barbel try to put a little more power from the weak side I had muscle imbalance on my left bicep and quads but now they r almost matched and I am still working too
