Nobody answer you😄, this man says lots of bullshit, he is good in some staff. The best are basics: abs, pull ups, push ups, run, walk, swim, back exercises, when you get stronger you can add some weights. Moust important are cardio exercise, 60% cardio: run, swim, walk, bike, climb, hike. 30 % abs, pull ups, push ups, back exercises, squats, and 10% weight exercise.

Sir i get your message and did practice a little like u showing here..its a graet method for health and longeivity..but im practicing to pull big bus and truck ..i stil have to deadlift n squat for that kind of strength . I work in 70 % load always .

Then pull cars or something small and work your way up. Deadlift and squat will make you lift more of those.

Lee’s promoting his product to a niche market who are prepared to put their money where their mouths and minds are. His business plan…..his choice. Personal trainers/mentors shorten the time to mastery. Professional 1:1 advice costs. Health promotion disease prevention costs rather than paying with our lives - compromises in quality & longevity…….our choice
