I liked the build, I made an orochimaru inspired character recently. I did it pretty differently though, I went spore druid so I could focus more on snakes and it gives me necromancy aswell

I actually think monk/bladesinger would have worked really well here. A bladesinger wizard still gets the same spells as a necromancer but it would mesh better with monk. Orochimaru does still use his sword quite a lot.

About the multiheaded ginormous snake you could pull the Simulacrum + Truepoly combo. If you create a Simulacrum from your 20th level, you can True Poly it as a CR20 creature. You can choose Polukranos from Mythic Odysseys of Theros, since it's CR 19. Hope it helped. Awesome video btw.

I would love to see how you handle Naruto himself as a D&D build because this kid is insane when you break him down High HP Regeneration Cloning High Unarmed damage And A demon that boosts all that stuff to a insane level

I've been thinking about doing Naruto himself, the only real challenge is that the build for him as a kid is very different than what he would be as an adult so it might require a double build

My take on him: A mix Monk (Way of 4 elements), Echo knight fighter (clones mechanic) and arcane trickster rogue.

@@dndbuilds maybe try a monk/warlock multclass for Naruto or any other jinchuuriki, as the monk best fits the “ninja” in naruto as lets be real except for danzo, jiraiya and itachi, none of those guys are really stealthy, warlock fits more on a thematic level as kurama and the other tailed beasts are pretty much (mostly) unwilling patrons. Then again Naruto pretty much meets God(sage of the six paths) so multiclasses into cleric as well, idk im new to dnd, my introduction was thanks to you actually,👍

I'm running a character currently in a Mad Mage game based off of Baizhu from Genshin Impact who is, very obviously, based off of Orochimaru but more so a healer. I chose Yuan-Ti, Celestial Warlock (of the tome), with my spells leaning mostly/all towards summoning snakes as paired too with my staff of the python. I really wanted the 'summoner' aspect of Orochimaru of being able to throw out minions of what I need at any given time and honestly I feel like I've found it. The Snake Man is such a great archetype with fun flavor to boot, probably my most fun character i've played yet.

Hell yeah! Genshin Impact builds! I have built many PCs and NPCs in DnD based on Genshin characters. My favorite one being my Bennett (who is mixed with Nero from Devil May Cry) and a boy version of Klee (which is the urchin-origins variant of my main character).

I think this is an awesome build that hits on all the key components of Orochimaru's motivations , abilities, and style! as far as my fav anime villain, it probably IS Orochimaru. Naruto has a lot of really cool villains and characters in general. (the entire Akatsuki roster is filled with villains with cool powers)

Yeah it was actually a little difficult to settle on a Naruto villain, but for me orochimaru was just one of the pivotal villains early in the series and he always kind of sticks in my head. I'm glad you really liked the build!!!

Love your vids and builds, my favorite so far is definitely Ichigo, but it's interesting seeing all of these builds slotted into the DnD 5e framework without having to make a completely custom class. If I could mention a request for a future video, I would love to see a combat sniper build, like Riza Hawkeye (FMA:B) or Sinon/Shino Asada (SAO). Oh, and my favorite villan(s) are Father(FMA:B), Toguro (Yuyu Hakusho) and Makima.

THANKS!!! Both have plenty of Ninja like skills, but it really comes down to what abilities are available from each, it's hard not to have some martial arts with a pure ninja, so it's usually best to do a bit of both. But Kakashi I needed his copy ninja ability, and other than that, it's just what feels right for a character, gotta go with your gut!

I don't have a favorite bad guy. Unless you count Vegeta from Dragonball Z. But many of the rivals later team up. The Spear Hero is another, although not technically a villain, he is definitely a bad guy.

Dude straight up televised battles so people would see war and suffer after sending men out to die after having dinner with the families. If you piece it all together in time order and take out the words you see a real villain who should feel as guilty and stressed as he is. A surprisingly complex and underrated villain imo.
