This is the best training for chaturanga I've found! It's pretty hard, but effective! Thank you very much!

Hi Coach Matilda ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was soo brutal!! I could not do even one chaturanga, but my MIL holds the chaturanga pose for a long time and then repeats it powerfully non-stop! Her arm muscles, shoulders, back and are thick solid muscle like yours, and she have massive strength! I feel really low and defeated.
