Australia has many timezones, plus their daylight savings comes during our Winter :-). I like to listen to a little of the Aus Open tennis radio the last half of January, and it is 16 hours ahead then in Melbourne, so it comes on at 7:00 pm our time, which is 11:00 am there.

Little T, I had a question, I normally keep my handstand skill workout day and just skill work in general separate from my lifting day but after watching you training, would you think it would be optimal to train my handstand skill on my upper body split? my routine so far consist of two skill days and two upper body and lower body split weight training days, what would you suggest?

this depends on your level! if you beginner to intermediate I would suggest keeping it on a separate day! also another thing to consider is if you are trying to work technique, strength, or endurance! If its technique or strength but I would say separate as well xx

How come you do skill work after weights instead of before hand? Is it because you’re more focused on strength development right now? If you’re more focused on skill development should you do skills first?
