Good question this is definitely the biggest problem for me! Trying to use influencers and encourage UGC but you have to start somewhere and stock photos just don't cut the mustard...

Use as much as you want. You have to test and see what works best for your page.

It MAY come up as spammy to the algorithm but theres ppl on both sides that have said both work. Personally I'd go less then 30 especially if your very niche it should be easier but again these guys are telling you the opposite. W.e works I guess lol.
