Same. Talking to people. Not nervous like you said, like they'll laugh at you, Just being unprepared and they ask you a question that you know the answer to , but since you're on the spot you forget everything
@stevemanninghomeinsight602 жыл бұрын
Honestly? Meeting you would. Why? Because we feel like we know you through the vlogs and stuff so maybe we feel like friends but of course we're not and you are like an iconic mentor/super-hero to so many of us. BME helped me do a personal best year so I would calm nerves just by feeling gratitude for you.

Approaching someone with my design business ideas is what I fear. I failed financially with my design business during the 2008 economic downturn. I lost everything. There was nothing I could prepare for because my business was still in first few years. In other words I never want to fail again if other people don’t have the money to invest in interiors, landscapes, events, etc.

In my business I will regularly pre plan conversations with clients, write things down, etc. so that when it’s time to perform I’ve got all my thoughts gathered and am able to communicate more smoothly and professionally without having to think about it too much. Definitely helps to make things less anxious. Also hitting the gym at 4am before starting the day to get the mindset right!

Hey Ryan, I have been watching alot of your vlogs this past week and bro... you have motivated me so much to the point that I want to become the worlds best real estate agent! I moved from NYC to AZ a couple of months ago and I regret it ( got out of a toxic relationship so I went back home with family) I should of stayed in NYC and pursued my goals. If you are seeing this, I want to let you know you have sparked a fire inside of me man and who knows, we might be working in the future together!

You know how I beat anxiety? Prayer and trusting in God. He put the desire to found your own brokerage in your heart, and he gave you the talent, work ethic and love for your family and team to make it happen. Trust in Him and your anxiety will go away.

Remarkable person reading this.. It’s going to get better; all it is a season of opportunity to grow and be better than before. Challenging times are meant to strengthen us, not to break us. Success doesn’t define to what happened to us; it is how we choose to deal with our circumstances. The more you grow and develop as an incredible person as you are, the more things will change for the better. Forgive more (for you), be grateful for even the smallest things (we have it way better than someone else), choose love over ego, choose humility over ego (humility is strength), and finally, invest into new skills so that your future self will thank you. Our lives will change forever the more we grow. Be thankful for the challenges for we know something greater is coming. Love you always - Nathalie ✨❤️

Overanalyzing every pre, current, & post-decision I make (body language, verbal communication, action-taking, etc.) because real estate is an industry where you have to care what people think about you. Anxiety about move making is inevitable

I think that what makes me nervous is the idea of starting something new and spend all my efforts trying to make something succeed just to fail in the end. But throughout these past few years I've learned to be patient and to trust the process because in the end everything is going to be just fine if I'm persistent.

Having spent years and years in rock bands I just see nerves as a form of adrenaline and it shows you care about the result! With real estate, anxiety shows me I'm stretching and growing and I want it to go all smoothly for my clients! You must find your acting career gives you on camera and performing confidence that many of us haven't experienced though? I always thought a night of doing stand-up should be mandatory for agents. Thanks S.

Excellent perspective Ryan. The key is knowing what you want your captive audience (could be one person or 2000 people) to hear and take away from what you are saying. If you prepare, practice communicating the details in a genuine manner you have nothing to be scared of. Don't say failure because failure is simply a building block of success. If you are passionate and knowledgeable about your message, you will succeed!

the biggest thing that makes me nervous currently is making the move. I have a stable job here in Indiana but im over it and want to move on. I got my Florida real estate license about a month ago and am working on selling my house right now. Im mostly worried about making it work in FL kind of in the same scenario you were in when you started. Worried about the money and how much I should save before I move. If I could ask, how much would you recommend me save before moving to St. Pete? Love your videos and all advise you give.
