so the ones people use for VRChat are usually ripped assets from things like Miku Miku dance. Its a technique called frankensteining where you grab pieces of things and put them together. You can actually get in trouble for using a model like that for VTubing.

Yup, totally can see the mouse highlighting things in the background. I feel the best solution is to record a full day cycle in sims so it loops during the night.

I've had problems getting mine to loop, but I have the audio playing on mine because I wanted the ambiance. Any tips on how to get it to loop consistently with the sound?

I'm not sure entirely, there may be a way to edit the loop in premiere pro or something to make it sort of fade into the beginning if that makes sense? You could also try taking a longer video. I really hope this helps! Sorry I didn't have too many ideas about this one.
