Once you get into it, it will become 2nd nature. Most major protein sources we consume always stand out, chicken eggs paneer whey etc. You just need to know your body and have an idea how much you consume of those things generally. Will take maximum 2 weeks and you’ll have very close to accurate idea of how much protein you are consuming without giving it a single thought. It’s easier to do than to explain
