Thanks for this video. My question is about credit card. I came into the Uk five months ago and I asked for a credit card from my bank once I opened the account, I was advised to get some pay for a couple of months and come back. Went back in December and I was still denied. They said my credit score is not good meanwhile I don't owe anyone, I pay all my bills via direct debit and I'm always on time. How do I circumvent this? Is there any other organization that gives credit card. I heard since covid bank are not so open to give credit cards anymore

Then call your bank and ask them what you need to do to get it up....they will be in a better place to advise....for credit card, check clears core for possible card options. Don't do a hard search though, that will reduce ur score....applying repeatedly for loans too often can also do that.
