Hey I have spent the last few weeks trying to get one. Here are a few tips. The time is for EST. 1. Set up an account. Make sure the Sent To: is your FFL Gun Dealer 2. Gun's go online between 6:55 - 7:00 PM. 3. Check every day. I ordered mine 6:59 PM on Sunday. Speed is the key. Have your credit card ready. I missed it twice. Good Luck.

Federal Firearms License. If you don't have one you have to ship the gun to someone or a place that does and do a transfer.. Google FFL near you to get a list.

You don’t need your FFL upfront…..buy the gun and get that locked in then you have time to go back and message the company with your FFL….that’s what I did.

I just checked the site and they are saying that now there is an approximate 2 weeks wait period before they ship out. It looks like you can order now at any time but you'll have to wait 2 weeks for it to ship to your FFL. They are selling for $419 now but you still have to figure in your FFL fees. It appears to be a fantastic gun for the price and they have been around for a while and there still hasn't been any issues. They are obviously doing something right.

The supply is being produced in larger quantities and staying available longer... so just because it didn't apply to you when you bought yours doesn't mean the info is wrong... Great to hear... I've put about 500rds through nine so far.. no issues except for when I used some steel case ammo and even then the issue was with my magazine and the the pistol itself.. I still have cleaned it yet trying to see how far I can go with it before cleaning is needed. Very reliable and accurate

A week ago, they e-mailed me at 4:09pm that they were in stock on a Thurs, I wasn't home to see, but checked at 6pm, sold out, but then checked my e-mail, and they had e-mailed earlier. Then tonight Sat, I check my e-mail about 7:40pm ( I have checked several times a day since missing it that first time), and there is an e-mail from them sent at 7:04pm, in stock. I was lucky, they were still in stock, so I ordered one. I had ordered the case as well, but after it was processed, they removed the case. Either it will ship with the case, or they were out. Not the best site...imo. And I was told by the FFL on my end that it took him 4 mos. to get his, and about the days and times... in my case, times were off, and day I got thru...Sat. Maybe they have amped up production.

@@gregpowell870 Yes, I hear there are a few minor things...buffer retainer breaks, but you can get a metal retainer replacement now. And this has proven to be the easiest to get right now of the PCC pistols! And price point is the best.

The site has changed since this vid... now you have to enter your info. After clicking buy it now... But be quick about it... there is an extar Facebook group.. they sometimes post when stock is in.. that may be a way to get a notification of stock for you.. hope you get one

Received my EP9 just last week. Prior to getting mine locked in I had tried twice to get it bought but timed out before being successful because I did not have my FFL info listed in advance and people beat me to the punch ! Although I reload ALL my ammunition and have plenty on hand, I am being somewhat frugal in using it as bullets and primers have become scarce or out of stock and commercial ammo when you can find it is 2 to 3 times more expensive. Wheel weights are also hard to come by for casting and powder coating. Be sure that everyone who is pro 2A votes to defeat Biden to squash the ATF proposed rule changes to quash pistol braces into the AOW realm of NFA weapons.!

Join the extar page on Facebook... they post daily when stock is in.. There is also a guy on there that developed a code that sends a message to you when stock is in... But far as I know they put out stock all the time..

After 3 weeks of randomly checking with no success, I went on a mission to get it this past Saturday the 25th of April. Checked the site every hour on the hour starting at 10am eastern time. At 4pm they were available for about 10 minutes. Got mine. 🤗 finally

@@Archimedes616 it still works for the most part but they have changed a few things on the site.. There is a extar face book group that usually post when there is stock in.. and there is a guy that made a notification app of some sort that notifies you when stock is available also... so if you don't wont to regularly check the site I advise using those help aids... they do still put out stock frequently.

I think this is a pretty shitty way of dealing with potential customers. I abandoned my Extar account and ordered a 9mm CMMG Banshee, my order locked in, in the order in which it was received. Yes, it's a lot more expensive, but not having to deal with Extar's way of doing business is worth every dollar.

Yea the site changed up a bit but I believe now you can create a profile on the site for faster fill... Try inputting info from your cell phone or tablet and use the auto fill option. They are in stock just about daily so keep checking its worth it👍🏽

Check the weekends also. I ordered mine on a Saturday and a week later I noticed for an hour long they were available on a Sunday. Definitely register to their site and FFl near you. My first time I got one in my cart and trying to input all my info plus running to get my credit card took too much time and the cart expired. Took almost two weeks later before I seen the in stock icon again.

I haven't seen any in any shops. But yes wherever you buy guns from should do transfers and could give you the ffl info you need.. I even think you can look up your state and or city on the site and it will tell you your local ffl dealers they have on file already.. hope this helps👍🏽

I just order one today they restock everyday 10am est. 10:00-10:01.30sec better get one in your cart. I got to next step after having in cart then it said it was no longer available when i hit Confirm Then I hit the refresh page quickly and it showed up again and then I hit check out and it went through. My suggestions one register for account ahead of time and your FFL information and also your mailing address information so when you add to a cart the only thing you have to do is click the check Box and then click check out. Only took me 2 days yesterday the messgae went from out of stock to we are in back order. Guess they caught up today i got on march 27

This is a well sought after pistol.. this vid will definitely help... I believe now you can prefill your I fo and save it so its quicker when they become available... they do put out stock quite often but most of the time its go e within mins sometimes seconds... There is also a facebook group that some members post when they are available. Hope this helps it's worth the wait I promise.👍🏽

I've been trying to buy one of these for several weeks now. I checked the website every hour on the hour with no luck. I got tired of checking so often with no results, so being a software developer, I wrote a program that runs on a PC that checks the Extar website every 10 minutes & alerts me when it's available. I got one the very first day. It appears they sell out within 10 to 15 minutes. Can't wait to receive it. I plan on running the program further to see if there is any pattern to when they make them available. Update: I've been running my program for a week now & it works flawlessly at alerting me when they're available. I literally could have bought 10 EP9's by now if I wanted to.
