WELL......not exactly!!!!!!!!! Regardless of how many cars your can buy and sell on the CoParts App.........STATE LAW will take precedence, and tell you LEGALLY how many cars you can buy and sell each year without a Dealers License. Here in CO its 3 CARS per year. Anything over that and you need either a WHOLESALE dealers license or a RETAIL dealers license. BUT understand the WHOLESALE license will only allow you to buy cars and sell them to OTHER DEALERS, you cannot sell them to end customers. A RETAIL license in CO requires a commercial BRICK AND MORTAR location (not your house), $100K cash in the bank, and the ability to be bonded. GOOD LUCK and never believe everything you SEE & HEAR on YT !

In Oklahoma, WHOLESALE dealers can sell cars through Copart. Don't know why, but they can. Cars can be listed as Dealer only, where only dealers can bid.

These clowns down here have tricks that will make your head spin around like Linda Blair on the exorcist! 😮 my buddy owned a dealership in PA move down here and got his lunch eaten! All insurance is quadrupled in the past 3 years! Homeowners insurer, don’t want to cover your home they will give you coverage for 4x the price but it doesn’t cover wind damage!?
