Kelly helped me get a discount on my final settlement. The seller promised to fix something which he didn't do properly, my solicitor should have negotiated but unfortunately they were not of much help. Wow ,the more videos I watch on this channel , the more I realise I know nothing despite owning 3 properties. Like I never ever knew that a property manager can actually go out there and check the place for you before you even own it 😐🙁 I always engaged a property manager after settlement happened. Just a technical request, could I request all your guests to have microphones if possible? I know you have a big beautiful microphone and your voice is crystal clear but often your guest speakers have nothing and it makes it hard to hear especially when they have a strong accent it’s impossible to hear and I have to turn off. Although Kelly is ok thankfully but it would be so much better if they had some sort of microphone would make it much more professional and we could all learn alot more from your guests

Its not rocket science. They lnow which Landlords want to offload rentals. But isnt someone big now looking at killing off agents and dwaling online direct with "the market". Interface for tenants will be an online search engine....sound fun? Dehumanised yet?
