Jokes aside, I really like how super upfront and transparent you are here. If I ever am in a financial situation to get a 360, I would definitely look to your dealership first.

Right. Some people expect grade 9-10 prices for their used car that’s had 5 owners in 9 years.

You guys need a shipping company, and then head to Monaco. The types of cars your looking for are with Wallstreet or Hollywood or Government contractors here in the states. The other people that own them are shade tree dudes that you have shown on your channel. Thats a tough business, but im glad you guys are sticking with the tranparency.

We tried that but it was too complicated so we stopped offering that as a service at this time. It's far too time consuming for us compared to how much money people are willing to pay.

There's a podcast "Flipping Genius" that is for people wanting to start small used car dealerships. Usually at very low price points- below $6-7,000. They talk about finding cars exaclty how you do. I wish you'd go on the podcast.

All I did for the first 10+ years in the car business was $10k and under. Believe it or not, its harder than doing supercars because competition is fierce both on the buy and sell side

i am in the process of buying a higher mileage aventador in Tx, i am pressing hard for service records over the last 5 years, ownership history and all the stuff that you guys talked about. Researched all the potential issues, all the mods, screening the PPIs in the houston area (asked Josh about it but it's too far for him), checking out the consumables, cosmetic issues etc. and seller and their mechanic thinks i am a fucking pain in the ass....it's tough. People expect you to write a 400-500k check and not ask questions, it's frustrating

@@normalguysupercar Dan I'm not going to give you the whole nine yards on Joseph M Juran and W Edwards Deming but I'd like to see say Adam inspect the vehicle after you have done all the refurb work (assuming it's a Ferrari). He will be checking things like I said the Tyre Size and Speed rating. the function of all controls, the panel gaps, the paint finish and the service documentation. He will be running through this checklist on his iPad and taking photographs as he goes. The benefits are increased customer satisfaction, opportunity to improve internal processes and maybe most importantly you don't get sued!. Enjoy your Sunday and yes I'm going to pray for you too!
