Dear SteashEdits, I am glad you came to this video with a motive to work on your back... Hooping is great for the back but only if your doctor advise you... it is just like physiotherapy but can not be done until the bone or muscle is progressing healing. Hiya !! @lover_of_music it is good to read from you... look, for off body hooping you will require a hoop of the length depending on the measurement from your crotch (the part of the human body between the legs where they join the torso) to your toes(you can use a measuring tape for this)... however if your upper body is longer than your crotch measurement then just add 1 more inch to it😊 Hope this could help you dear... please let me know if you need more help. Hello dear Deepali, if you are buying hoop online then the size and other info is usually given in the web site. If you are buying it from a shop instead... I would advise to check on the package (box in which hoop is ) for information on the size and weight or ask/probe the shopkeeper about it... it will be better if you could get it assembled and check. Rest I have told in the video how to check the size according to your body. Please let me know if you have further queries i will be glad to help.

Hello 👋 good to hear from you 😊 Pehle to yaar kitni patli kamar hai tumhari 🤩 25....woooo... OK hope you had a bit loose measurement... so 25 means a hoop as big as even 30 (30*1.2) is good for you... but since you my dear are a beginner I would suggest you go for a bigger diameter as then the hoop will then take time to spin and you have more time to react... also make sure the hoop is atleast 600gm+ weighted hoop brings stability... slowly you can transit to lighter and smaller hoops... Dear Athira, if you are an absolute beginner I may ask you go for a big and a slightly heavy hoop as it gives lot more stability. For off body you may not buy extra and instead use the hoop you buy for you lill one.... I do the same 🤣
