She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. Then we tried to activate it and all sorts of scam promotions came up , they wanted birthdays , etc., etc. and money. None of this was mentioned in the sale at Sam's Club. I just wanted a good exercise bike to see and record miles , etc. . Thanks a bunch, man! These grifters shold be thrown in jail. What a way to milk your wallet. I got one of their threadmills for my wife and could not unlock the machine unless I take their _"free"_ 30 day trial, giving them my credit card which I would not do. Scammers. Your tip saved me the grief of contacting their "support" dept by email and probably not getting any results. With console active now the threadmill does what's needed.
